The standard products to people with assistive devices and type of a uniform definition of the term, people with assistive devices will be divided into 11 main categories and 135 sub-categories and 741 three-class level, as aids for the development of the system Basic framework. In order to facilitate international exchanges and cooperation, adopted the same standard ISO 9999:2002 (in English) international standards. Applies to single-use assistive devices to help people and operate in the case of persons with disabilities to use assistive devices. Drugs, dedicated to the health of assistive devices and equipment, non-technical solutions, such as personal guide dogs implanted with the standard is not within the scope of application.

6. Housekeeping aids
7. Families and other places used furniture and appropriate accessories
8. Telecommunications, information, and the signalling aids
9. Products and goods management aids
10. To improve the environment assistive devices and equipment, tools and machinery
11. Recreation aids.
