Genteel is a professional manufacturer dedicated to the design, development, and production of rehabilitation medical equipment, specializing in rollators, walkers, patient lifts, shower chairs, home-care beds, and crutches.
Having been in the industry for more than 28 years, we have designed, developed, and produced more than 200 products in seven series with users‘ needs as our priority, love as our cornerstone, and disciplines and regulations as the fundamental principle. Our products are sold in more than 50 countries and regions in Asia, Europe, and North America. We have established long-term cooperative relationships with many customers in the rehabilitation industry globally.
We are implementing the ISO13485 quality management system and have passed QSR820 and GMP quality inspections. We are also implementing the SA8000 social responsibility management system and have passed BSCI certification for three consecutive years.

1995.12 Genteel was established.
1996.01 Assisted customer to develop OEM products.
1996.09 First order was shipped.
1997.07 Genteel obtained ISO9000 certification.

2000.01 Expanded into the U.S. market.
2001.03 MRP operation of Tianxin System.
2002.09 Assembly workshop was completed.
2003.10 The spare parts warehouse was completed.
2004.01 Implementation of the 8S system.
2005-2009
2005.01 Designed and developed complete products by ourself.
2005.09 Genteel’s first time to attend Rehacare trade show in Germany and won innovation competition award.
Genteel obtained ISO13485 certification.
2006.09 The paint shop and finished product warehouse were completed.
CE and FDA were registered.
2006.11 Development of patient lift products.
2007.10 Establishment of in-house testing lab.
