Evaluation and Design

Nice products need good design. Our R & D team will organize a meeting to discuss customer demand information, combined with their own excellent and technical know-how, providing customers with innovative ideas. After the establishment of the project, the design will use SOLIDWORKS 3D software to draw product design effects. Generally speaking, the design plan will be completed in 2-3 weeks. In the design process the design review, the DFMEA failure mode analysis, and the patent search will be carried out according to the new product APQP review form.

Rapid Prototyping

Using CNC processing or 3D printing technology, the prototype of the new product will be complete within 1-2 weeks. The appearance and function of the sample are consistent with the tooling sample. Customers can understand the outlook and touch of the outcoming mold sample through the prototype.

Skilled Mold Development

We have more than 20 years of mold development experience. Consequently, we can develop a variety of complex injection molds, blow molds, metal molds, fixtures, etc., which can quickly meet the needs of production.

Test and Verification

Safety is of utmost importance here at Genteel. Therefore, we test our products in-house. Some other products are at independently accredited testing facilities. We are equipped with professional testing equipment, and professional test engineers trained in strictly market-oriented standards such as ISO standards, JIS standards, EN standards, and so on. For the key component of new products, we will establish a control list and develop standards for testing and verification. Before production, we will complete all relevant tests according to the customer's requirements to ensure safety.

Design Transfer

Before the mass production of new products, we will do a PFMEA failure mode analysis. R&D engineers, Process Integration Engineers, mold engineers, and a quality assurance supervisor will evaluate the proper production process together. We use automatic and high-precision equipment such as CNC processing, laser cutting, and robot welding to produce and process parts to ensure precision and product quality. Trial production will be conducted to dig out the bottom neck and make mass production smoother.

Product Realization

Our R&D engineers will design proper packaging according to the needs of customers and carry out ISTA testing and verification. If customers have special shipping requirements, such as pallets and mail shipments, we will design different packages to ensure that the products get delivered to consumers in optimum conditions. We will carry out mass production product planning according to customer order requirements and make use of sound supplier resources and perfect in-house manufacturing to ensure competitiveness in terms of price and quality. We have strict quality control standards for the materials, and use bar code management in the process to achieve product traceability.

In the process of product implementation, we use PLM software to manage the process and all technical documents are kept for at least ten years:
