Our Environmental Policy & 2025 Targets

·Genteel operates under a clear environmental policy:

| Policy: Comply with regulations, save energy and reduce consumption; prevent pollution, continuously improve.

2025 Targets:

·Reduce water, electricity, and gas consumption by 1% per RMB 10,000 of output value (year over year)

·Maintain 100% compliance rate for hazardous and solid waste disposal

·Achieve zero fire incidents

These targets are integrated into our annual management review process.

1. Self-Monitoring Program – Signed annual testing contract with Guangdong Liangyuan Testing Technology
Co., Ltd. (certification No. 202219002802).

2. Permit Compliance – Completed Pollutant Discharge Permit re-application (May 2025).

3. Air Pollution Remediation – Participated in key enterprise air pollution remediation project (October 2025).

4. Emergency Drills – Conducted environmental emergency response drills in June and November 2025.

5. Green Procurement – Partnered with suppliers to source lower-impact raw materials.
