Team-building activity held in Shijian - We met you in the right place

On November 28th and 29th, 2020, core members from the Genteel management team came to Shijian, an entertainment facility, to build team and enjoy the beautiful autumn time in Guangdong.

The whole 29 members were divided into groups to engage in team-building games, including "Mind Spider," "Perfect Pit Filling," and several curling games. After the physical activities, the team was once again divided into small groups to discuss the goal, strategies, and ways the company can involve team-building activities throughout the year 2021. With everyone participating in the discussions actively, constructive and innovative ideas were brought up. After the retreat, the team rested and ready to head back to the company and implemented the ideas with hope and excitement for 2021.
